Maui Real Estate Shoot with Johnnie Clark of Perpetual Dreams
Recently while in Maui, I was able to assist in a real estate shoot with a local photographer, Johnnie Clark of Perpetual Dreams. Johnnie has years of experience in photography and videography, working with clients from weddings to reality TV. His skillsets are endless and I was very excited at the chance to work with him.
I always welcome opportunities to collaborate with other photographers and seeing Johnnie’s awesome professionalism, paired with his expert workflow definitely highlights why. I shot two local listings but this one in Pukalani, a short drive away from the ocean and bordering a golf course was particularly fun to cover.
Using a Mavic 2 Zoom allowed me to get close shots of people teeing off without disturbing their game or flying close to them. Since there was very little traffic in this particular neighborhood, it was easy and safe to grab some great shots of the property, the course, the surrounding mountains and ocean.
Following the drone shots, I assisted Johnnie with interior shots, mostly lending an eye and gleaning how he developed his skills in real estate photography and videography. Altogether it was a great opportunity and I recommend you checking out the final video below.
